Refund policy

We grant a 14-day return right. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without having previously requested a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Bestimmte Artikel können nicht zurückgegeben werden, z. B. verderbliche Waren (z. B. Lebensmittel, Blumen oder Pflanzen), Sonderanfertigungen (z. B. Sonderbestellungen oder personalisierte Artikel) und persönliche Pflegeprodukte (z. B. Schönheitsprodukte). Wir akzeptieren auch keine Rückgaben von gefährlichen Materialien, entflammbaren Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen. Bitte setze dich mit uns in Verbindung, wenn du Fragen oder Bedenken zu einem speziellen Artikel hast.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.

European Union – 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
